Welcome to Nationwide Apostille Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our document authentication and apostille services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.



1. Service Scope


Nationwide Apostille Services provides document authentication and apostille services across the United States. We facilitate the submission of your documents to the appropriate governmental authorities for processing. We do not issue apostilles ourselves but act as a liaison on your behalf.



2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and authentic documents.It is the client’s responsibility to confirm document eligibility for apostille services.Clients must comply with all requirements, including notarization or translation if applicable.Nationwide Apostille Services is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete submissions.



3. Processing Times


Processing times vary based on state and federal agency workloads and are estimates only. Nationwide Apostille Services is not responsible for delays outside of its control, including government holidays, backlogs, or mail delivery issues.



4. Fees and Payment Terms


All service fees will be disclosed upfront. Full payment is required before services commence. We accept payment via [list payment methods]. Fees are non-refundable once processing begins, unless stated otherwise in Section 8.



5. Privacy Policy


We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of processing your apostille request and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill our services or by law. 6. Liability Limitations


Nationwide Apostille Services shall not be liable for:


Losses or damages resulting from government errors or delays.Incorrect documentation provided by the client.Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.



7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction


Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.



8. Cancellation and Refund Policies


Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of submission for a full refund, provided processing has not yet begun. After 24 hours or once processing has started, fees are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure attributable to Nationwide Apostille Services.



9. Government Processing Disclaimer


We do not control the decision-making or processing times of government agencies. While we strive to expedite your request, Nationwide Apostille Services makes no guarantees regarding the timing or outcome of the apostille process.
